The Cancret clay board sets new standards for interior walls in modern architecture. The new 12.5 mm thin clay building board offers 56 dB of sound insulation—twice the performance of conventional 16 mm boards. Weighing just 17 kg, it is easy to install in the standard drywall grid dimensions of 62.5 or 125 cm, though with 10 cm wooden studs instead of aluminum ones. Thanks to its high material density, it is particularly stable and durable.
Ideal for new construction and renovation, it offers a natural living environment, efficient thermal and sound insulation, and versatile applications—an innovative solution for high-standard construction projects.

Processing and application
Die Trockenbauplatte aus Lehm ist angenehm handlich und sehr masshaltig in der Verarbeitung. Die Lehmplatten werden direkt mittels Schrauben oder Tacker auf ein dahinterliegenden Holzständer montiert.
