The Cancret clay panel sets new standards for interior walls in modern architecture. With sound insulation of 56 dB, the new 12.5-mm-thick clay building panel offers twice the performance of conventional 16-mm panels. Weighing just 17 kg, it is easy to install using the standard drywall grid dimensions of 62.5 or 125 cm, though with 8-cm wooden studs instead of aluminum ones. Thanks to its high material density, it is particularly stable and durable.
Ideal for new construction and renovation, it offers a natural living experience, efficient thermal and sound insulation, and flexible application options—an innovative solution for demanding construction projects.

Processing and application
The clay drywall panel is easy to handle and maintains its dimensions during installation. The clay panels are mounted directly onto the underlying wooden studs using screws.
